What DEWW is, and what it isn’t

A programme still being built, shaped by a simple, recurring observation from years of clinical practice.

Where it comes from

An observation, before it was a programme

DEWW did not begin as a business plan. It began as a pattern Dr. Jenny Kalathil noticed over more than a decade of treating patients at Jeevanam Natural Hygiene Center: the people who recovered most completely were rarely the ones who received the most treatment. They were the ones who came to genuinely understand what their own body was doing, and why.

That observation — understanding outlasting intervention — is what DEWW is built around. It is being designed for people who haven’t yet needed clinical care and want to stay that way, and for people who have, but want something that holds rather than something that’s simply managed.

The name is a small, deliberate choice. Dew doesn’t arrive with force or announcement. It is just there, quietly, by morning. That is closer to how lasting change tends to happen than any dramatic turning point.

The people who recovered most completely weren’t the ones who received the most treatment. They understood what their body was doing.

The same framework, a narrower purpose

Four foundations, built for understanding rather than treatment

DEWW is built on the same four pillars used in Jeevanam’s clinical work. Here, the goal isn’t to treat a condition, but to hand the framework directly to the person living in that body.

01

Balanced Diet

Removing the guesswork around food by understanding what your specific body actually needs, through the seasons.

02

Customised Movement

Not a prescription. A practice discovered through your own constitution and the life you actually live.

03

Scientific Relaxation

What your nervous system genuinely requires to complete its own restoration — and how ordinary daily life usually prevents it.

04

Psychic Empowerment

The most consistently overlooked part of physical health. DEWW names the mental patterns that shape how a body behaves.

Who this is being built for

Not for the already-well. For the tired-of-managing.

A

Living with a long-term condition

People who feel like they are managing symptoms indefinitely, and want to understand what is actually happening in their body — thyroid, diabetes, PCOD, weight.

B

Building a foundation

People in good health who want to stay that way, and want a framework worth trusting rather than another piece of scattered advice.

C

Practitioners and teachers

Doctors, counsellors, and yoga teachers who want a rigorous, lived framework to bring back into their own practice.

D

Anyone simply curious

You do not need a diagnosis or a goal to register interest. Curiosity has always been a reasonable starting point.
